Director’s Report
The Winter Reading program enrollment is up 46%.  The Board and library staff are giving input for the Library’s Strategic Plan. The plan will be different from past plans in that it will not be a list of goals but a vision of what the library should be:
• Retooling the staff, improve their digital skills
• Using space better, recognizing there will not be a referendum
o Opening up space
o Reducing the footprint of the print collection
o Cutting the DVD and CD collections, more people are streaming
o Add meeting areas
