General Meeting December 15, 2023
The HAPLD Friends Foundation members met in Program Room 2 & 3
Those in attendance: Laura Attaway, Darcy Chadwick, Connie Corwin, Pat Darow, Carol David, Marilyn Graunke, Nancy Hardy, Genevieve Hochwarter, Dianne Hoerter, Theresa Krueger, Jeannette Lohan, Joan Longmire, Candace Maloney, Michele May, Marsha Natkins, Shirley Nowak, Sharon Peacock, Jackie Pollock, Jerry Reedy, Carmen Romo, Janis Ruffino, Judy Schrader, Susan Schwartz, Marge Smith, Pat Totman, and Ellie Vogel. At 11:00, Pamela Kampwerth introduced the program, Music by Tom Cash
President Genevieve Hochwarter called the meeting to order at 11:40 a.m.
Secretary’s Report
Nancy Hardy moved the November minutes be approved, Connie Corwin seconded, the motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report
The treasurer’s report showed: checkbook balance of $74,227.79, petty cash $165.04, CD: $75,000.
Carol David reported that this was the first year over $60,000 was earned. The target of reaching one million dollars earned since the foundation’s inception was reached. Nancy Hardy moved the report be approved, Dianne Hoerter seconded, the motion passed unanimously.
New Board of Directors Member
At the December Board meeting Darcy Chadwick was appointed to the board of directors.
