At 11:03 a.m. President Genevieve Hochwarter called the meeting to order. Ballots for the Friends Board election were distributed.
Program
Rob Aavang hosted The Library Game Show.
Secretary’s Report
Darcy Chadwick moved the February minutes be approved, Vito Benigno seconded, the motion was approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer Carol David presented the treasurer’s report. Bank account: $65,528.54; CD: $80,394.43.
Vito Benigno moved the treasurer’s report be approved, Theresa Krueger seconded, the motion was approved.
March Book Sale
Over $1600 was raised. The Puzzle Exchange ran at the same time. The next sale will be June 14-15.

The ballot results: Genevieve Hochwarter, Janis Ruffino, Carol David, Marge Smith, Vito Benigno, Darcy Chadwick, Connie Corwin, Pat Darrow, Nancy Hardy, Shirley Nowak, and Pamela Kampwerth.
Upcoming Fundraisers
Culver’s of Huntley Fundraiser Night–Monday April 7, 4 to 8 p.m.
New guidelines from Culver’s: 6 servers per hour, no cellphones while volunteering, closed- toed shoes, longhair pulled back, must wear a hat and apron
May fundraising breakfast; Help the Friends find new sponsors. Limited to 80 tickets; Program Marshall Field & Chicago presented by Sarah Sullivan from McHenry College.

May- No Meeting Luncheon. Tickets on sale April 1- May 7
June Evening Meeting—June 20, 6:00 p.m. A Tale of Beatrix Potter presented by Debra Miller.
Judy Schrader moved the meeting adjourn, Pat Totman seconded, the motion passed.
