At 11:10 a.m. President Genevieve Hochwarter called the meeting to order.
Secretary’s Report
Sandy Bannon moved the November minutes be approved, Jim Papak seconded, the motion was approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer Carol David presented the treasurer’s report. Bank account: $53,954.81; CD: $76,776.99
Shirley Nowak moved the treasurer’s report be approved, Judy Schrader seconded, the motion was approved.
Current income from Holiday Basket sales: $4303.06, Giving Tuesday: $3555.00
December Book Sale Recap
A total of over $1400 was raised which is more than last year. Santa and Elf appeared Saturday morning and gave children coupons for a free book.
Upcoming Fundraiser: Baubles & Bling – February 8, 2025
Nancy Hardy explained what the sale includes: Jewelry, Purses, and Scarves. Donations may be left at the Information Desk during January.
Program: Holiday Basket Drawing
The winners of the 19 baskets were drawn.
